Great question. I do think for your health that charting is important. I don’t chart anymore – but because I did and had surgery, I have a regular period still! I never in my life had a regular period! However, don’t let it stress you out! It might be okay to just let go and let God. Ask God to show you the way! He will answer (sometimes I pray that He make it obvious for me haha!) . God bless you on your journey! Have fun planning the wedding 🙂 <3

I am in the process of learning the Creighton Model having suspicion of having PCOS. I am also planning to be married next Spring. Do you still use the Creighton charting since feeling as though God has called you to adoption? Sometimes I think that God might be calling my future husband and I to adoption as I’ve always had the thought in my heart. But I guess for health reasons it is good to chart anyway? Curious other Catholic women’s opinions who are in similar positions with PCOS and the thought of adoption!

Also, I couldn’t agree more with how amazing Creighton is. I started charting shortly after getting engaged, and just completed my first cycle (55 days!), but am finding so much hope in being referred to a NaPro doctor who’s first response won’t be to tell me to take the pill to regulate my cycle. If you can spare a prayer, please offer one up for me. Rest assured that I am praying for you!
